The Journey Begins
Kondwani Kapichi's journey into the world of technology began at the age of 12 when he first laid hands on an old desktop computer in his neighborhood. What started as curiosity quickly transformed into an obsession with understanding how these machines worked.
"I remember spending hours taking apart old computers and putting them back together," recalls Kondwani. "My family thought I was crazy, but I was fascinated by every component, every circuit, and every line of code."
Self-Taught Excellence
Without formal training initially, Kondwani taught himself programming languages, hardware troubleshooting, and network configuration through online resources, books, and countless hours of hands-on experimentation. His bedroom became a makeshift laboratory filled with computer parts, cables, and testing equipment.
By age 16, he was already helping neighbors fix their computers and had built his first website from scratch. His reputation for solving complex technical problems spread quickly through his community.
The Inspiration
The turning point came when Kondwani helped a local small business recover critical data from a crashed server. The business owner's relief and gratitude made him realize the real impact technology services could have on people's lives and livelihoods.
"That moment changed everything for me," Kondwani explains. "I realized that technology isn't just about circuits and code – it's about helping people, solving real problems, and making life easier for others."
Building Cupicsart IT Solutions
In 2020, at the age of 22, Kondwani officially founded Cupicsart IT Solutions with a simple mission: to provide professional, reliable, and affordable IT services to individuals and businesses. The name "Cupicsart" combines his love for creativity ("art") with his technical expertise.
Starting from a small home office with basic tools, Kondwani has grown the business into a trusted IT service provider, handling everything from simple computer repairs to complex network installations and custom website development.
Vision for the Future
Today, Kondwani continues to lead Cupicsart IT Solutions with the same passion and dedication that started his journey. His vision extends beyond just fixing computers – he aims to bridge the digital divide by making technology accessible and understandable for everyone.
